QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER
I want to change something on my order
If you want to change any detail of your order such as delivery address or day just get in touch via the contact page or call us on 0113 3280305. We’ll make the changes for you and send you an updated order confirmation.
I want to cancel my order
We’ll happily cancel your order and give you a refund. We ask for 24 hours’ notice as if it’s less than it may already be on the way from the producer. However, we will always try to accommodate you if we can. Just get in touch via the contact page or call us on 0113 3280305 and we’ll be happy to help.
QUESTIONS ABOUT MY DELIVERY
When is my order packed?
To ensure products reach you as fresh as possible direct deliveries orders and packed and delivered same day. Courier orders are sent overnight for delivery within 24 hours.
Can I deliver to two or more addresses in one order?
Currently, we are only able to deliver to deliver to one address per order placed.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to click and collect.
My postcode says you will deliver direct to me soon, when will that be?
We are expanding and adding new delivery area’s all of the time. If you get in touch via the contact page and give us your postcode we’ll be able to tell you if we’ll be in your area within the next 3 months.
What if I am out?
You don’t need to be in to receive your order unless it contains alcohol. You can give us specific instructions where to leave your box at the checkout, otherwise, we'll find somewhere secure. If your order contains chilled items, they’ll be properly insulated to keep cool and at the required temperature to the time you want to unpack it on the day of delivery. This applies to direct deliveries and courier.
What if I am not in and my order contains alcohol
We take our licensing commitments seriously and must hand it over to the resident who placed the order at the delivery address. Courier deliveries will require an adult signature and a challenge 25 policy is in operation for direct deliveries. If this is not possible the alcohol will be removed and the remainder of the order will be left in a secure place.
I cannot find my delivery
We like to ensure the delivery is secure and we photograph where we have left it. We may cover the box to keep out of direct sunlight or put it in a bag in adverse weather. If you are unable to find it please give us a call on 0113 3280305 or contact us via the contact form and we’ll help you locate it immediately.
The delivery was late
You can expect a direct delivery between 8am and 8pm and a courier delivery before 6pm, though in some circumstances such as adverse weather or traffic conditions we may need to go outside of these times. As you don’t need to be in to receive your order, we deliver via the most efficient route which keeps delivery costs low and reduces the environmental impact. Under normal circumstances, if we’re going to be late we will try and contact you to before attempting to deliver to ensure it’s convenient. If it is not, and the goods are not delivered, you will be refunded.
The delivery didn’t arrive
If we are unable to deliver your order, for whatever reason, we will try to contact you to make alternative arrangements. If you are missing your delivery and it is after 8pm, just get in touch via the contact page or call us on 0113 3280305 and we’ll investigate immediately.
I have an issue with my delivery or delivery driver
If you have any comments at all, please get in touch via the contact page or call us on 0113 3280305 and we will do everything to resolve it for you.
There are missing items in my order
If there are any know items that we are unable to deliver we will contact you beforehand. Should any unexpected items be missing please get in touch via the contact page or call us on 0113 3280305 and we will do everything to resolve it for you.
